I also like to follow up with my audience, get their thoughts on where they thought the joke was going to go, and then chastise them for being naive and too conceptually brain dead to just go for the easy kill. No need to overthink it, just let your eyes roll and sigh escape you as the cheesiest consumes you. Too many people wanna be witty these days and they miss the obvious joke that’s right in front of them!

late to the convo, but I don't mind Spears getting a push. He won't be pushed to the top of the card, but having him in the mid card as a solid heel isn't a bad idea. Cardona too, could be a very good mid card face. I don't see either being pushed to the moon, maybe Cardona as a transitional championship feud, which could be great if he can get over like he was a few years ago.

If there's one thing I want to nitpick AEW about at the moment is they keep doing hot tags during the break. I get there's no crowd and I get to see it on Fite, but it's just weird that they're doing it through the ad break and not when they come back.
