I think there's a path to Roman beating Bray without having to win the Rumble but we all know that isn't very likely.

 

I could see them having someone besides Roman win tonight and challenging Brock. They can get to Roman/Bray in another way

 

Or McIntyre does and Roman/Bray gets set up like how kofi/Bryan did last year

 

He's nowhere near that level in WWE kayfabe. I know his character sort of fits...but, he'd have to run through some big opponents to get there.

There are two people beyond D-Bry that make the most sense; and neither is currently on WWE TV. Beyond Punk + Cena, the other people with obvious connections are Roman and Strowman.

The Elimination Chamber is the perfect way to pick The Fiend's opponent. Someone who can survive that brutality can reasonably beat him.

 

Like they could go another route of Roman challenging bray that means not winning the rumble, but will they?
