I don’t understand the logic of replaying six year old matches at a time when you have (probably) more eyeballs on your product on a Friday night than, what, maybe ever before?

 

they're showing a big wrestlemania match that those eyeballs probably haven't seen. partially why ratings went up when they aired the rumble on raw this week

 

But numbers were up in 2014 from what they were now, no? I guess with everyone inside they’re going to do good ratings regardless but still. Just seems silly to not forward more mania storylines and utilize more talent.

Cole sucks when the direction sucks. hes always had the chops to deliver and then some

 

Bryan/Zayn feels like the company acknowledging they need the inring work to speak for itself. not a knock per se. Wrestlemania is predicated on spectacle and spectacle cant occur without spectators.

 

Tony Khan's episode of the AEW podcast is really great. I could listen to him talk wrestling forever.
