Like the brand new promotion just showed WWE how you throw a show in these conditions

I don’t even think tampa bay Takeover stands a chance against AEW if they run it on a Wednesday - every thing in NXT and especially WWE seems stale compared to AEW

 

The fact they made these debuts feel so important and exciting without a crowd just shows how advanced this promotion is compared to its competition

 

They are just giving the people what they want, which is awesome

You truly are the king of hyperbole.

Calling anything on NXT “stale” is ludicrous.

 

I’m sure the Matt Hardy stuff will be good but I can’t say that I absolutely need more Broken Matt Hardy. Good for him to have that creative freedom though, and I’m sure he will be able to add a lot to creative backstage if they let him. But I can take or leave him actually wrestling. Now I am excited to actually see Brodie Lee be able to wrestle. And I think it’s kinda cool that you could make a connection that he’s playing a character similar to Bray

 

I wouldn’t say it’s stale or boring but I do think the quality went slightly down since the start of the new year. It’s still my favorite show but I think they need to shake it up a little bit because it’s starting to feel a little too similar week to week. I think going back to Gargano/Ciampa was a mistake. And they probably should have moved some people around like Keith Lee around Survivor Series.

 

They absolutely deserved the pops they would have gotten. But fucking fair play to AEW not pulling punches. It would have been easy to hold them back for another show, but they gave us two great debuts.

 

In case u haven't seen this, the Matt Hardy debut was a thing of beauty:
