I hope i'm wrong but if I know anything about WWE I think they will try to pick up the next person AEW lets go and then not do anything with that person just out of spite.

That being said I think it will be Brian Cage.

Wardlow probably. Guy has star written all over him. It’s a matter of time before AEW pull the trigger but I wouldn’t be surprised if WWE have their eye on him.

 

I can still see MJF doing it for a fuck ton of money. But the price has definitely gone way, way up.

 

Yeah, Wardlow/Hager/Cage...as guys with the traditional WWE look...are guys I can see getting lost in the shuffle now that Miro is solidified, a possible signing of say, Keith Lee, and because they already have Lance Archer and a few others to be the "big guy heel" for a midcard feud when needed.

Yeah but if it means getting an "own" on AEW i think they'd make an exception.

 

For the next 6 months, sure...then what? You think Vince is really gonna settle in and stick with that idea once he gets bored with his first round of post-Rumble call-ups?

 

They want to, we all know whatever pipe dream they have won't work and they will need to rely on outside talent as always.

They are pretty awful at training if you look at how few 'homegrown' talents there have been the past decade.

 

"Crypto.com Arena" sounds like a joke arena name.

 

Staples Center was a pretty damn iconic name too even if it was just another sponsored stadium name

I like that AEW does it so infrequently so it feels unique...but, its still a bad trope.

Though Im guessing they are gonna build to whoever they want to be the champion for Revolution.

 

Here's my bold theory: While I do think Jericho will be in the wwe hof, i dont think he will do another run there. Tbh dude seems very content in aew.
