Are we sure Sami hasn't already re-signed? I thought his contract was up in the fall?

My heart wants him in AEW for sure, but my head says he is having too much fun with his role in the WWE right now. Plus like, injuries mean we probably wouldn't get old Sami/Generico back even if AEW.
