He's absolutely been lost in the shuffle (in comparison to Black/Danielson/Punk/Cole/etc...others who debuted after him and surpassed him instantly), but, he's also not gonna be a top of the roster guy so its fine. He's a slower burn.

Right, but there are people that its ALL that matters, and others who care about settling scores. See: CM Punk versus Bryan Danielson and how they debuted. Punk can go years without a title match because how his character has been set, while Bryan has clearly said he wants to face the best instantly...which means facing champions.

Black probably cares about titles; but we KNOW he likes kicking Cody's head off. And there's not an easy transition into Black/Miro, heck, even Sammy v Miro was built on several other matches and promos.

Yep, Andrade is a slower burn for sure. He was always gonna get buried behind these others guys, but there will eventually be a better story for him.

 

They need to move on from Black/Cody. Black's already beaten him twice. I'm not really sure what's to be gained by doing any more of it.

when wins and loses matter and you spend a while hyping up how certain people have never lost, tossing away a chance to do undefeated vs undefeated just seems really unfortunate
