I don't think it's too far fetched to worry about people's safety in the hands of the government that killed a journalist a year ago given the little information we've been given so far.

 

I mean yeah, just this is also the middle of Saudi Arabia throwing a ton of sporting events with the biggest one being the Anthony Joshua heavyweight title fight next month which is massive money, I just don't think they wanna fuck that up by kidnapping a bunch of pro wrestlers lol.

Seeing as they have yet to face any real repercussions for a variety of atrocities they've committed, I doubt they're too concerned.

Also, they put on these sporting events for status/propaganda purposes. They're not making money off of these things.
