they only person they've really said that about is finn. they just had an 8-man tag and only talked about the WAR EXPERIENCE

 

They said at the start of that 8-man tag match that they werent sure if it meant that Black/Ricochet or Revival were on RAW.

Then they seemed to announce that TVE were. And now Andrade was announced as part of RAW when he entered.

So, yeah, shit-show

 

i think it's more that existing raw wrestlers who show up tonight aren't necessarily staying there aka might switch brands tomorrow, the call ups/SDL guys are here to stay
