Matt's doing pretty well on the indies and he's probably never moving out of Ohio at this point. There's also a decent chance he's still unfortunately tied up in a Lucha Underground contract.

Tom Phillips isn’t working either show anymore? WTF?!? He’s probably the best person in their commentary roster.

 

My only thinking is that Cole does commentary through WM, and Phillips takes over after that. Although everything I heard pointed to Renee not being on commentary, so Im surprised she is.

I definitely agree that Phillips was probably one of the more steady voices of the 6 main ones. Surprised he's getting downgraded for Vic. Odd stuff.

 

Watched NXT and loved the Lee/Dijack match. I could watch those two wrestle over and over. The rest of the show was good, but not great. Breezango was a lame "surprise". Nothing I think I need to skip over watching AEW live. Still probably just going to watch when it gets loaded on the network since I'm unsure of AEW will be on demand at all.

They can't put three title matches on every show so loading next week is cool and all, but this normal format of half squash matches isn't gonna draw great ratings I think. Still stoked NXT is on a bigger platform, gets more time and is giving lots of guys expoaure.

 

Don't get this at all. Taven is the definition of average. Also don't get how ROH is going to stay in business long term lol
