I’m down for both heyman and bischoff running the shows because they have been so bad I stopped watching after mania.

 

Why not have the guy who's been running the best wrestling shows on your own network run the shows

 

i think having one person wear that many hats is rarely a good idea, and for all we know HHH is very happy being papa NXT

 

Bischoff is why I'm laughing, mostly.

 

But NXT isnt really the priority. Yeah it's great, but I'd much rather have a good main roster and a not great NXT than have current NXT and current main roster. If HHH were to control raw and SmackDown, I'd have no problems with him giving up nxt and 205

 

By the way, the biggest tabloid here in Germany reports on AEW now. Insane how fast it got tractionm

 

true but this is more of a business perspective, as a fan i dont really care which show has the best product because i have access to all of them. i think HHH has a leaner, more compelling group of talent to work with in NXT. i can't imagine it feeling the same under anyone else, although that's just conjecture. Michaels seems to be pretty instrumental these days so maybe he could help keep its identity alive.

 

Papa NXT should follow his kids to college then...because they're graduating from full sail and DYING on Smackdown/Raw.

 

Bischoff and Heyman. I love it.

 

This is great news, Heyman is PROVEN talent and Bischoff perhaps will be good after getting away from the biz for a while who knows. This is gonna make me much more interested.

 

I just hate that the article still mentions they will report back to Vince but if theres any two guys who will be straight up with Vince and stand up to him, its these two.

 

The problem is I think a move like this would've been amazing like 2 years ago...but at this point I think the wwe has sunk so low that just making the product a little better isn't going to fix it. I don't think there's 1 storyline that could turn things around anymore. Or just changing one or 2 things...its going to take time to gain back the trust of lots of despondent wrestling fans

 

I just wonder how long Vince gives it before he gives up

I don't hate the idea of Heyman and Bischoff running the shows if they're actually running them. But it being an official announcement by WWE certainly feels like it's just going to mean they're new on-screen authority figures on the show.

 

fwiw, the wording was that they are being given the title of Executive Director and the SI article states they are legitimate roles with no plans for on camera characters

 

So is bischoff bringing back the NWO and HLA? Also, this is a real announcement?

 

I see GQ is doubling down on sticking to their impossible body standards....
