That's a classic wrestling trope that, I'll be honest, ive never liked (weight lifting, arm wrestle, tug of war). But I will always applaud the wwe for trying to vary the night...its supposed to be something different but I just hate the idea of 'work' competitions.

 

Every wrestling match is a worked competition

I think it's absolutely hilarious that EVERYONE criticized Dean for not giving a shit about his matches when he was in WWE. Then Rollins comes out and basically says that exact thing and people want to crucify him.

 

I respected Dean for saying that he was going to do what was asked of him and honor his contract. Then he decided to go because he wanted out.

What makes me a little less sympathetic to Sasha was that the way she “supposedly” handled herself. But who knows what actually happened and I could be totally wrong. But I felt the same about Punk honestly. And if I was watching at the time I probably would have felt the same about Austin

I don't hold bad feelings toward any of them, especially the way WWE contracts are setup. But the Punk one seems particularly odd to me, considering he could have potentially died if he didn't leave WWE when he did and get a second opinion on his health issues.

 

The strange thing about WWE right now is that the talent and structure is there, which, is normally the difficult part.

The writing is a disaster and it's honestly pretty much non-existent. It seems like they are just winging it each night.

Finding good/talented writers should be the easy part.

The Roman Taker vs Shane Drew is a perfect example of a complete lack of creative presence right now.

That match is a hot pile of garbage and a total waste of time.

 

Loved the taker moment when it happened cause if you're live and you hear that gong out of nowhere, you can't help but mark out....but yes, the match is a waste of time.

Also. Roman beat drew a billion times...Shane isn't a threat... and now it's Roman AND taker vs the two of them? On what planet does Shane and drew win or stand a chance
