Undertaker saving Roman made me laugh harder than about anything WWE has done in a while. They must be really desperate to sell tickets and drive up ratings, because they've got 20+ people on the roster that would have benefited from that spot more.

 

I'm holding out. This has to end up with a slow Bayley heel turn and not Alexa being the asshole here. If that's the case, that could be a great story told (and overall good idea)

 

Creative is a real shambles...

Joe loses the US title and now is going to be inserted into the world title spot... again?! Ugh, and there’s no semblance of a storyline to be found anywhere. Just a bunch of half assed builds.

The only thing that will keep me loosely tuning in is Wyatt. Loved the random puppets showing up tonight.

And at least the 24/7 title is bringing some humor.

 

I’m get that I’m just reading about it and missing the nuance that watching it brings but reading the results for Raw and I’m just baffled at the booking. How is this supposed to tempt me into watching?

are we serious? he went toe to toe with one of the best ever. plenty of instances of guys getting a rub that way. he was going 50/50 with Cesaro for a month one week ago. this is an improvement and a dumb thing to complain about

 

Especially since he’s only a secondary title holder and went up against a former multiple long running world title holder. I wasn’t paying complete attention to the match though so I don’t know how much shine Ricochet got.


Also, I missed all the puppets popping up. Didn’t even know that happened.

 

I don't mind Ricochet losing to Styles because it was close and kinda like when the up and coming chiefs went toe to toe with the Pats in Foxboro. They lost, but they def defined themselves as real playoff/Super Bowl threats for the rest of the season.

 

Yeah Rollins is coming off like a major douche. Who gives a shit how much money you make. I love him, but fuck WWE hasn't done anything worthwhile with you in forever and the only good match you've had in recent history is with AJ.

 

It's just a bit of playful back and forth. I'm sure Osprey couldn't give a shit if Rollins has a little more money than him. They're both gonna be pretty well off.

 

I know it may be playful, but he just comes off desperate and this is the wrong time to be touting WWE as the best at anything other than producing shitty creative. Also love that Jericho pointed out that Osperay is taller/just as tall as Rollins lol

 

I doubt Rollins is calling him little guy because he genuinely thinks he's taller than Osprey haha

 

Rollins isn't even the best in-ring guy on Raw imo. he's amazing but id rather see Styles, Ricochet, or Cesaro go all out over Rollins at his best

 

Hot take? Rollins is kind of average. I wouldn't say he's top 10 or even 15 in WWE as a whole inc. NXT, UK, and 205.

 

It's still baffling to me how awful the product is with all of the talent they have. If anyone would have told me five years ago that WWE would have raided all of this talent and then proceeded to go to an all time low ratings/creative wise I would have called them an idiot.

 

I've got Styles and Gargano as the clear 1 2 and then like 3-10 is a toss up because the roster is so ungodly fucking stacked.

 

Yeah I'd easily put Styles, Gargano, Cole as my top 3 then its a toss up. Seth hasn't been enjoyable in quite a while for me and I'd out him somewhere in the 10-15 range. His push got stalled so many times that I don't really care anymore, similar to Roman.

Its like we settle for cheering for Seth because he is the closest thing WWE has pushed to what we want, but he isn't the best worker or on the Mic. Between Seth, Roman and Brock I can't remember the last time anyone was pushed with the Universal title. Oh forgot about Goldberg and KO. Those were the glory days compared to now lol

 

i think Seth is one of the best at putting on a WWE style main event while still keeping it really athletic, but Styles dwarfs him even there

 

Seth got exactly what he wanted when he decided to send that tweet. There is no way in hell he's delusional enough to think that the best wrestling in the world is happening in WWE.

 

Yeah, some top class trolling. If it was a promo on TV it would have been followed by one of his trademark douchebag laughs.

 

One could argue WWE has the best wrestling in the world...they just don't put it on Television. I'd stack NXT up against anything. And their talent/roster is better than anything else out there could dream of. It's just hopelessly mismanaged.
