Honestly, AJ should be showing up on RAW (since its the longer show anyway) to have a match with Kurt. But I guess if Randy is interfering they dont want to screw up the house shows.

 

Thing is, you basically listed every ROH match. Even Cobb's being buoyed by a NJPW talent. If you dumped the ROH stuff, the show would be Takeover quality.

 

Totally agree that NJPW could put on a much better show without ROH being involved. Still a solid card though it'll be like 5 hours when it could easily be 3.5 to 4.

I just had a conversation with someone who works at the E about how marketable I thought Mustafa Ali was. That's much less true now. From a journalistic standpoint, it's really hard to convince non-fans to take the stories of wrestlers seriously when they're going by such ridiculous, one-word names (and even more so when pitching to an editor who isn't a fan).

Doubly weird that this comes right after Deadspin doing that cool video with him about his character growth.
