Didn't AXS air the pre-show from All-In or something like that? Maybe it's a similar situation here.

 

Pretty sure that was WGN because it was regional.

Interesting if it is AXS with NJPW and WOW.

 

I don't know if AXS did too, but I know WGN America broadcasted the pre-show stuff too

I always thought AXS was just a ticketing company.

 

Thinking of dropping cable (Optimum) and just doing a streaming cable service. The one I was looking into (Sling) happens to have AXS so that's at least one that has it.

 

I used the 7-day free trial of Sling to watch the very first long beach show that NJPW did, quality was kinda terrible

 

I get AXS with DirecTV

 

Damn, that's disappointing to hear. I'll have to do the trial first before actually making the switch over then.

 

Thought that there was a report awhile ago saying that one of the potential deals wasn’t AXS, more so chances like TNT or TBS. I think Jericho said he wouldn’t sign if it wasn’t a good deal

 

For the tv deal, it isn't. I'm thinking this is just something for the PPV. The potential tv deal will be available on every market on most cable deals. Likely TNT or TBS.

 

Put it on UPN! Like old school smackdown

 

I've never had issues with DirecTV Now watching AXS. Quality issues could also be ISP.

 

AXS handles ticketing for venues in addition to being an actual channel. ie. it's an alternative to ticketmaster for some venues. Some Boston venues have started using it

 

I know AXS was a possible channel in my previous Verizon service, but it was definitely on some extended tier. The AEW TV deal has to be comparable to a USA-level channel for them to have any shot to compete.

Though nothing will be as bad as El Rey and Pursuit

 

Friend of mine from high school's trying out to be a ring announcer for Impact

 

i cant tell if that was a good charlotte promo or not. It was competent and she definitely has gotten ridiculously comfortable on the mic, but her playcating to the crowd and killing heat isn't doing anyone any favors. Her promos are becoming Stephanie McMahon esque. If the crowd is cheering for the face dont mock them in a way where they wont do it anymore.... if they're chanting "you suck" don't WHAT them to kill that heat either.

A good promo knows that if they're chanting for the face "they're not here, sorry" or keep saying sentences to make them chant that more. And by the heel saying "becky becky becky" it makes the audience unsure of what to do. The heel wants me to chant this thing that i want to chant...but she's a heel.

I'm being nitpicky but idk... i dont think charlotte/writers did a good job to grow the heat at all

 

So MTV?

Lana and Ruru being replaced by Sonya and, reportedly, Ronda on the next season of Total Divas

 

Having never watched Total Divas, Total Bellas or Miz and Mrs; Lana and Rusev deserve their own show I also wouldn't watch

 

So so she's definitely having a baby. lol
