Ciampa vs Dream would be great. Let Dream really get inside his head.

 

I feel like there are no top face guys in NXT who would make sense to face Ciampa next. Ricochet just won the NA title. Probably too soon for Riddle or Lee to get a shot

 

Dream's the part the worries me here. He's the perfect intro feud for every new signing...yet, he cant always lose.

Gotta assume Black/Ciampa is the Takeover match too

 

Cole is gonna need something to do. I’d prefer a build up vs Dream though

 

Well, Black gets his rematch. And beating Dream for a guy like Riddle or Lee (gotta assume Lee with the "bask" stuff) could push you to top tier.

Thats the weird spot Dream is in. He can make you legit...but, he's not at the Ciampa level where he has a nemesis. Though, if Black gets the title back, he could be

 

NXT speculation is FAR more fun than main roster, btw. Its a choice of riches versus wondering how long Roman holds the belt

I can see Dream doing one more Takeover before getting a call up and hopefully not ending up like Tyler Breeze on the main roster

 

Just make another triple threat at the next takeover

 

The amongst the things at the top of the list to do, get dream the hell away from ec3 and let them start different feuds

 

lol 90% of the reason I want Black to get the belt back is to get a Black vs Ricochet NXT title match so I almost kinda don't want Black to win it back for a little while until Ricochet drops the NA title and go after the NXT title

 

Lesnar keeps the belt till next mania and loses it to 60yr old taker

Rewatching Dean v KO from the 2016 Royal Rumble...Cole refers to KO as "Kevin", and I can safely say Im glad that he never gets called "Kevin" again going forward. Kills the mystique.

Also, apparently Dean called KO a "bear" in the feud, and KO got a bunch of mean tweets

edit: hahaha, some fan called it thanksgiving for tables and KO said "Thanksgiving is in November, moron".

 

Bliss is wrestling Trish at Evolution?

NXT is perfect at one hour. The currently do a really good job at keeping most of their roster feel fresh and exciting without becoming old hat.

Add another hour and you quickly go from "Oh cool we get a street profits match this week! Haven't gotten to see them for a little while!" to "Oh okay another street profits match"

Its similar to why Lucha Underground works so well. Less is more.

 

This is honestly exactly it. I cant imagine what would happen on a 2hr version of LU where between Muil/Cage/Matanzo they had to play off 3 monster characters week to week.

Hell, WWE proves it out where a character like KO has to do so many stupid spots to put over a monster like Braun.

If you cant get over consistently in NXT, that says something at this point (crowd popped hard for the War Raiders run-in). And Kairi is proof that, in the course of a year-long story line, you can build the story you want.

How are they gonna handle the NXT Women's championship match at Evolution? Takeover LA is November 17th. Evolution is just three weeks prior to it. So the Takeover build will likely all be recorded *before* Evolution, but presumably the results of Evolution will play into the Takeover build...
