Why would Angle choose them anyway - he has five better wrestlers than those three at his disposal already

 

Two survivor series matches could have been Team Shane v Team KO and the CWs facing off, since they built pretty natural teams for that.

Fairly sure the kickoff match for the PPV is gonna be a CW survivor series match though.

 

lol name 5 wrestlers on the Raw roster he could take instead. Remember that Brock is off fighting Jinder and Sean and Dean are in the tag match.

 

Ehhh, was it, thought? Like wtf does Bray Wyatt care about teaming up with the other SmackDown stars to take on Raw last year? Why the fuck would Umaga be the captain of a team way back when with MVP and Finlay and Mr. Kennedy and Big Daddy V? Survivor Series never makes any fucking sense.

Really the brand split needs to end and SmackDown needs to go back to Thursday on SyFy

 

Joe is hurt and also Bray over Miz Cesaro or Sheamus? lol

 

I'm going to chalk this up to the "stupid but i like it" category of wrestling. Like, it was different?

 

Cesaro is borderline but - taking character out of it - Bray is absolutely better than Miz and Sheamus

 

This just highlights the poor booking of WWE, especially with Raw. Two of those guys are currently out with mumps and/or viral meningitis. One of those guys is injured. One of them was murdered by a garbage truck. And the last one was beaten clean by Kane in 2017.

(For the record, those five guys should make up an AMAZING Team Raw, but Raw seems to love to chew on it's own foot.)

Yup

I fully expect Joe and Braun to be on the team especially if Angle/ Raw teases it out over the next four weeks (joe could be the surprise fifth member on the go-home show)

 

I liked it. Gives more people that normally don't watch SD a reason to tune in tomorrow. Who knows where this goes with Shane, but I do believe there's probably more to this story than brand supremacy.

Card is pretty stacked already with four champion vs champion matches and two traditional survivor serie matches

 

Yeah but the show is gonna be 4 hours

 

Miz already has a match scheduled against Corbin.

 

That's only 6 matches though. There's room for a few more whatever matches. It is a "big 4".

Plus, they just gave Kane a big (nonsense) win over Balor. I feel like its clear they're trying to build Kane to be credible to go against Braun..and i dont think they'd go to those lengths just for a raw match.

It’s a four hour PPV. and the jinder/lesnar match won’t last more than five minutes.

Theres actually some interesting stories they could build out of this....Gable attacking Jordan right away. AJ being part of a Club beatdown (or even AJ as the spy building to this). Re-run the Kurt/Shane invasion feud, etc.

Instead it feels like they just came up with this idea over the weekend
