Fell asleep super early last night, looks I missed out on a lot of shitty booking.

 

Dont think its a good thing; its why WWE PPVs always fall flat and why NXT: Takeovers almost never disappoint. If you have people that can work compelling matches every night, even a weaker storyline (Ohno v Dream for example) can be overcome. But its clearly true on the main roster and why even after WM Alexa wont get pushed way down the card.

Oddly, I suspect people will turn more against Nia than Alexa heading into WM. Because she cant work, cant talk, and is taking a spotlight that should go to Bayley/Sasha/etc.

But right now the people with no obvious WM match is a pretty huge list that would make a lot of people mad

 

Alexa hardly even wrestles on raw as of late, any reason why? Didn't wrestle at the rumble, for obvious reasons.

 

it certainly is peculiar. i think a lot of it boils down to that most of the lower food chain of the division is made up of heels, and she's already beaten bayley.

 

Has asuka decided yet who she will face at wm?

 

Considering she's facing Nia for her chance to face Alexa too, you'd think it's leaning that way.

 

Alexa never should've beat Sasha at summerslam. I would not have had her best Bayley either but definitely not sasha

 

Yep, we should be slow-burning to a Bayley/Sasha womens title match at WM. Instead of this stupid story that Sasha cant retain her title and Alexa defending it twice in 5 months

Though I think they intended to pull the Nia/Alexa trigger sooner (thus Nia turning randomly in Sept), but then stopped for whatever reason

 

Alexa not defending the title has been ok, at least her gimmick is still being the champion, not like when Dean was US Champ and wouldn't even come out with the belt some times lol

 

I think Alexa on smackdown, constantly reminding us she can cut good promos and wrestle almost every week was something we were too used to. Now that she's on the worse of the two programs you can forget how she got here.

Balor vs Miz for the IC belt seemed like logical booking. Now outside of the two EC matches there won't be anything intetesting on the card

 

Would have preferred Miz defending the title for sure

Last nights show was a bust.

The Roman v Bray match was so good, and then it was ruined by Roman kicking out of everything and winning.

Pointless predictable main event.

The Bliss sexist thing was bad.

The whole neither main title being consistently defended has just gotten so old. I mean it’s just garbage at this point.

Why is Miz in the chamber? They can’t build a feud for him? Really? Really....

The tag match situation was just flat out dumb.

Bad show. Hope SDL is better.
