watching that segment now. it's creepy.

 

my roommate's girlfriend chilled with us last night while we watched. she is a real good sport, but the embarrassment we felt as she was subjected to Jordan's promo was palpable

 

That's when you flip it to MNF for a few.

I had no problem with the backstage segment. JJ's a mediocre actor, but, like that promo Cass did early in his Enzo feud, it did the job. When JJ came to the ring, with the same tone, dropping the promo tagline in his heartfelt message however...

He didnt need to give another 5 mins of crap. We didnt need Stephanie again. We didnt need the pedigree. Kurt going to announce the replacement, hesitating, and HHH's music hitting would have done the same thing without making Jordan and Kurt look so dumb

The new set is a joke set that is totally playable, but not a main block release. Some of the cards are AMAZING.

 

Hahaha, that variation on Split Second is fantastic.

Wow 6 is my favorite.

Side note: I love how "The Product" is capitalized, as if they're referring to David Starr

 

If you havent seen it already, Nice Boys (Don't Play Rock and Roll) is the best PPV I've watched from any promotion this year.
