No idea if thats officially a heel turn or not for Bayley...but man, imagine 3 years ago thinking that Carmella and Alexa (tag team valets) would be current main roster champs, and that Sami Zayn (newly crowned NXT babyface champ) would be a heel before Roman Reigns (boo'd out of Philly in comical fashion)

Agree with this. There's a lot of people directionless (KO, Braun, Lashley, etc) because they've had no path to the title, and a lot of mid-card guys (Elias, McIntyre, etc) who have to wait for the IC title to free up as a result.

Its just like the womens division being entirely about Alexa. You end up with characters that should be getting attention (Bayley, Ruby Riott) having nothing to do for months
