card looks good but my hype for the show is still sort of muted for some reason right now, not sure why. still have a couple weeks to get up to full excitement though, WKs always deliver.

 

Bummed that there's no rumble this year

 

Same boat for me. I get that World Tag League is a cool off period and serves as a bit of a rest for some of the higher up singles stars, but it can be a deterrent too because it kills the momentum of the product a little. Like you said though, I'll be just as into it on January 4th without a doubt!

 

I'm all about the Kota/Osprey match.

Excited for WK on Friday night. Question, why would anyone order the event on Fite when you can just order njpw world for a month?

 

Any matches from the past month I should watch besides that Omega/Ibushi v. Ospreay/Tanahashi tag match?

 

Haven't been this excited for an event in quite some time. With so much going on with AEW and guys contracts coming up there's a lot of uncertainty revolving the finishes which is very fun. The card is insanely deep and there's not one match I'm not looking forward to.

Ospreay vs Ibushi could easily be match of the year while being one of the actual first matches wrestled this year haha Will be napping throughout the day so I'm not tired at all tonight!

 

that wrestlekingdom 14 promo in the preshow is a little scary when you're alone at 3 AM

Gonna be two massive main events each night. Okada/Naito is probably an early favorite to headline
