I haven't had spaghetti-o's in at least 2 decades now, so my opinion either needs to be renewed or discarded entirely.
I know theres fine restaraunts like theres fine restaraunts in most populous places but where is the ethos of colorado food? its a blank slate I guess.
Believe me, you don't want to side with me on anything I think is edible and actually would eat. Lol, do you eat them for every meal?
Farm to table is the big thing in Colorado. There’s no one defining cuisine that I’m aware, but that’s the case most places. I know Boulder is one of the finest food & wine cities in the entire country. There’s a lot of Southwestern and Mexican influence throughout the state and the whole Rocky Mountain thing has its own impact as well. Lots of game and fish.
@dylan have you had bea jo's pizza yet?!?! It's considered "Colorado's Pizza." If you're ever in the Park Meadows area a family friend owns Big Bill's NY Pizza and I always thought it was really good, best in CO for me for MY style. Big Bill is the owner and he's from LI. Colorado staple food is green chili. And buffalo/elk
The last Papa John's pizza I had was undercooked, flavorless, and made me constipated. So that gets my vote. Papa Murphy's doesn't belong on the list.
papa murphys 50% fails at being a pizza joint though since they dont fuckin cook the pizza for you. its still one of the dumbest businesses of the last decade for that shit.
They were just acquired for a little under 200 million so it really wasn't that dumb. They're also cheaper on average and survive long commutes better. You may not like it, but they filled a need and did quite well for themselves.
Yo Big Bills is the GOAT, been going there for 20 years Our new house we're moving to is like 5 mins away from it @dylan
