this is how I felt at first but I kept feeling like listening to it and it slowly became the only thing I felt like listening to lol

 

AWLYD is definitely the standout for me. The little shoegaze elements are great.

i listened to this 6 times today. its awesome. this is why you dont do year end lists in december lol

 

The biggest win on this album is how diverse in sound it is.

The issue I struggle with is how some of the songs don’t feel long enough and finished. Almost like previews.

With that being said, it’s a grower of an album and has a ton of highs.

 

Circle, Talk, and Where's Jack are so good and so short.

But I've been trying to figure out if I'm just conditioned to want/expect 3 minute songs or if those songs are perfect because they are what they are.

I've listened to this like a dozen times in the last week.

 

Really like this so far. Kind of sounds like Tigers Jaw if Adam stayed in the band.

Y’all were right this is a grower. Reminds me a bit of the I’m glad it’s you album from a couple years ago

 

i'm pretty obsessed.

Agreed it’s super catchy. Was taken back about how short the songs are but it works.

 

That’s just on Spotify. I’ve easily listened to the record like 30 times all the way through on Bandcamp too. My favourite record of the year.
