What are some essential tracks for your sweat sesh?
I can pretty much listen to anything while working out. Usually I just listen to whatever I'm listening to at the time.
I will admit it feels a little strange to listen to some stuff though, like Julien Baker for example.
Usually Tech N9ne. I like consistent beats and touches of arrogance.
Basically Get Down With the sickness on constant repeat with Lose Yourself every so often.
I've found it easier to run to "softer" stuff like this, surprisingly.

I used to listen to this playlist on my run everyday for a couple years ago. I kind of change it up/put my phone on shuffle now.
