First guesses are always little luck with commons letter words. Then some skill to deduce it quick. I have twice as many 3’s as 6’s, and at this point getting it in 3 or 4 is more fun for me than a methodical get it by 6 every time method. You do you.

 

I don't. Just have always found it a bit of an odd mode for the reasons I mentioned. And generally think that there's a difference between difficulty and impossibility

 

I get it in 4 most of the time. That's my basic goal. I'm not telling anyone how to play. We all have our own strategy. Just commenting on something I've noticed more and more with all of the rhyming words recently.

Like Daniel said, I think of hard to mean "more difficult" not impossible.

 

5/6, Double letter days always mess me up. I keep forgetting that you can have more than one of a letter in a word lol

Worldle has been going out of its way lately to make up for all those terrible random island territories lol

I think they should introduce a time feature too, giving you bonus point for finishing quicker

 

Admittedly, yesterday's was still an island, but at least it was a very, very recognizable island haha

 

But it was definitely harder because I didn't just throw random letters in to figure it out. As I already said, I find that way of playing boring and way too easy.

 

I love me some symmetry.

 

SO wife and I played today - and had different words from the same NYtimes web site.

 

Motherfucker. Missed it by one letter again. Fuck.

Same exact thing happened to me and my wife this morning. Her word seemed to be the "correct" one for today, my word was...something else entirely.
