Globle was easy once you got on the right path. Took me 7 guesses today

Now to try Worldle

 

4/6 of WorLdle. I knew the shape of the country enough to know what continent it was on, then used the mileage to help nail it down

 

It’s all about quordle for me now

 

Just got my first success on that! 8/8 guesses for the last one lol. 3/8, 6/8, and 7/8 for the other ones

4/6 for the Worlde after what seemed like an endless string of 5s and 6s. I'm not sure why some words pop into my head in a few seconds, while others require me to try every possible combination of letters until a word emerges.

Got the Globle in 5 and the Worldle in 2. The "border countries" of the former actually made things really easy. I thought the latter was a bit challenging based on the shape (I was way off with my first guess) but there was really only one or two things it could possibly be in that area

My fiancé’s word was different than mine today lololol. NYT legit just ruined something that was so fun and simple.

Weird, I can't even get to the old wordle, it just redirects me to the NYT version when I try.

Got it in 6/6 today... probably the roughest go of it for me so far. and I fucked up on a couple guesses with repeat yellows in the same spot.

The accusations that NYT has made Wordle harder are silly. The puzzle’s still 5 letters solved the exact same way, and it’s not like they’ve begun using Star Trek terms or something.

It's amazing how many words I don't know I know. Stared at this like a goofball for way too long.

 

5/6 today. Struggled to come up with the final word.

Man. Quordle was hard as shit but I got it in done in 9 but I think it was lucky. I definitely just kind of went 1 word at a time and that left me just enough to get the final word, but barely.

I am not going to give in to the conspiracy theory that the NYT is making the game harder or whatever but...I dunno, I kinda thought the purpose of this game was to never give words that aren't somewhere between somewhat to extremely common. Caulk is definitely not one of those words. I only got it in three because I couldn't think of anything else that fit with the AUL I had from Fault, but without those letters early I doubt I would have gotten it at all tbh

 

6/6 today. Figured I’d up the challenge level by having a sick kid up all night and then see if I could still complete it. Barely.
