Ok, I actually kind of love that one. Doesn't actually rely on words just popping into your head. 3/6
For that Nerdle, like worlde, I'm sure there's a perfect equation to start with. There's 10 numbers and 5 signs and you have to use 2 signs (a + - / * and then a =) so I'm trying now to think of a equation that would use unique 6 numbers. My first guess repeated a number so kind of a waste. I also imagine there's some number theory for popular numbers just like you're trying to get the vowels out the way in worlde. I don't want to google anything on it though as if there is some theory to crack it'd spoil it. I'm just gonna try it a few days and see what I can suss out on my own.
Sent the Nerdle link to my friends and none of them are willing to try it lol. I guess I'll feel smart by being the only one.
My first guess used 5 digits and 3 symbols, and then I tried the other two symbols in my next guess along with some new digits. No idea how close to optimal it was a start, but I was happy to see so many purple squares immediately. It’s more overwhelming to remember that many places than Wordle’s five for sure. I just realized I forgot a known digit in my third guess because there were so many moving parts.
got that Nerdle thing in 3. This was actually way easier for me since I like math but I'll probably just stick with doing wordle every day
Also my avatar totally looks like a guy who would enjoy the shit out of a game called nerdle. Gimme tomorrows now!
You're a human being aren't you? Haven't seen anything catch on like this in a while. Everyone's welcome in the worlde club.
Even though I’m much more of a language than math person I feel like this is almost easier in some ways? Became basically a logic puzzle pretty quickly. I also got luck with guessing correctly where and what the signs were the first time tho so maybe that’s why. Definitely a cool concept! nerdlegame 10 3/6 ⬛️⬛️ ⬛️
