All of you that got it in 2, are a bunch of Wordles.

 

4/6. Got absolutely nothing with my first guess and basically knew the first three letters after the second. I didn't even consider this word so I tried something that I didn't even realize was a real word (learn something new everyday I suppose). Then it came it to me and I was like, "oh that's weird, that can't be it" but of course it was

 

3/6 but I was lucky(ish)

Prick (I went with this as I was trying to get all the vowels and I'd used everything but I. I also wanted to use the R and to use all new letters so boom, success).

 

I had the 2nd and 3rd letters after my first word and just happened to guess that one.

My wife, sister, BIL, and I have a group chat and today I woke up to:

BIL: i feel personally attacked by today's wordle
Sister: did that hint help me get it in 3? maybe.

 

Got today in 4, which is my average

My lowest is 3

Does anyone else start with the same word every time?

 

I usually keep it simple and switch between starting with ROUTE, ARISE, RAISE, but pretty much any word with 3 different vowels and no repeated consonants is best imo. Might change on some days I'm feeling dangerous

 

That's a good idea about the vowels

I start with STERN every time, its essentially a letter elimination game and Wheel of Fortune taught me those were the most common ones

lol exact same experience except I got it in 4. Kinda pissed off that I got 3 of the letters on the first guess and it still took 4 total guesses, even though I immediately thought of the word after the first guess lol
