First was better than a six. This is worse than a six. I'd probably say 7 and 4 respectively.

 

What? This was the most fun I’ve seen Pascal, Wiig and Gadot have in a while. If anything their acting (including Pine) is why this movie is good.

 

Pascal is great. Wiig is...borderline terrible.

 

Of the movie’s many problems, I don’t think Wiig is one of them. She’s not given much to do and them trying to do two coinciding villain origin stories undercuts both Minerva and Lord.

 

Wow that was bad. Wtf.

 

Maybe I should watch Soul first instead heh

 

I planned on watching both today but after watching Soul right now I feel like watching this would just make me angry lol.

 

you should consider seeing the other three in literally anything else they’ve done

I’ve seen the other 3 in plenty of things they’ve done and I still think the same thing

 

I will fully stand behind Pascal, real Eddie Redmayne in Jupiter Rising vibes (and I say that as a compliment).

 

If this movie was released in the 90’s, it would’ve been fine. It very much feels like it should sit in that era of Superhero Movies, versus the current era, for good and for ill.

The deal with Steve is pretty fucked up the more you think about it.

 

Steve going down the escalator is one of my favorite moments of 2020.

the guy steve inhabits is a Hallmark regular so I think this film knows exactly who its audience is. my mom ate this up even more than she ate up the first.

 

Pedro Pascal is almost Jessie Eisenberg's Lex Luthor-level goofy in this.

 

Well, I fucking loved each second of this.

 

Still angry I can't watch this in 4K on my Roku

This thing has buffered 3 times so far and occasionally bouncing in and out off HD and 480P anyways though haha

The ending scene between that guy and WW in the snow was a Hallmark ripoff

 

Diana riding that missile was pretty dope

 

I can’t believe they did a kids playing in the street during tense moment. Felt like 60s Batman.

 

Might just start this over again before bed. It was like a nice hug on this odd Christmas.

 

At least we will always have the no mans land scene from the first one.
