It gets more cohesive after that point imo

It does, but I have to say that they do that very well. It's what I loved about the debut, and them as a band. They can write music so well that incorporates a lot of their musical loves and influences without ever sounding confused or clumsy.

My favorites on here are Don't Delete The Kisses (of course) and the title track. Beautifully Unconventional is a standout too

    Such an eclectic release

Back half has been a big grower for me. First few listens didn’t leave much of an impression, but gets more and more embedded in my brain with each listen

I don't know which sound I prefer, the pseudo dream pop or the Savages-esque punkier stuff. I think the latter

I think my only complaint with the sequencing, which is 95% because After The Zero Hour hasn't completely clicked yet, is that I reeeeeeally wished St. Purple & Green was the song before Visions Of A Life. The outro of SP&G feels like it would perfectly segway into a final track

I bet tho that in 3 or 4 more listens, I will be in love with ATZH and think this post is absolutely dumb LOL

  22. Wait until After The Zero Hour hits you. I really love songs like that though. It's absolutely beautiful and lets me breathe before the closer
