I barely knew this band existed 2 weeks ago and now I’m pretty much convinced they are one of the best active bands making “indie rock”

 

did you ever listen to s/t? I'll admit it's not quite as good as these new songs but it's an amazing record still

Yes, only checked it the other night but I’ve spun it many times over the past two days. It’s incredible. The two new songs are obviously a new level, but Battle of Bedford Falls is up there.

it's just a good classic sounding indie album with some early death cab vibes

 

I really don’t get DCfC vibes from it

more classical rock-inclined IMO
