This album is really shaping up to be something special

Wow. I gotta say, I didn’t care much for ILYSM, which was a major bummer, because I was a huge fan of the prior records and because so many other people who loved the band loved that record. These new songs have me back, especially “Sprinter Brain”.

 

Saving listening to anything else for the full album release.

 

You’re gonna like this one, especially if you like these songs

 

That one sounds like it's breaking up in the atmosphere (not necessarily in a bad way)

 

Checking in. "Sprinter Brain" is like a War on Drugs song but someone snuck on stage before the set and turned the drive knob on all of Adam's gain pedals up by about 30-40% (aka extremely my shit). Other song is good too

 

“Sprinter Brain” might be their best song. Like Jesus Christ. What a song.

I love ILYSM a lot, but these songs are a welcome reinvigoration

 

if this tops ILYSM for me it will be somewhere in my all-time list, that record is special to me lol

 

I feel like Wild Pink has to be the leader in the clubhouse for the band in 20 years everyone will claim they loved at the time. Band is gonna have legs, I believe it.

100% hitting Portland. Some of the B market cities are surprising to see considering it’ll still be pretty early in the album cycle

bummed there are no NY dates for that tour specifically. have been kind of spoiled with how many times I've seen Wild Pink locally.
