I like that at the very core of this show is "what if Jaws was from the Mayor's perspective?"

 

I don't think I have seen a horror comedy perfectly balance scares and jokes as much as this. Was not expecting this to be as legit scary as it is.

 

Didn't quite care for that ending

ending really whelmed me too

 

Why?

 

I thought it was a good way to wrap up the season as a whole in case it was cancelled but also left the room open for more seasons.

 

Felt a little flat and underwhelming

 

Why though? This doesn't actually tell me anything about why you think that.

 

I loved the reveal of the sacrifice mechanism and that the entity he psychically communicated with was an actual, physical being. The thing with descendants I'd already guessed tho, it was funny to watch him squirm at least.

 

I never rewatch shows right away but the next crappy/rainy night we have I might blow through this again.

 

Just finished this and looooved it. Such a fun season

 

Yeah, my best friend was saying you catch so many things the second time around that you missed the first, which makes it even better

 

I'm definitely watching it again before S2 starts
