Anyone know if YouTube is still featuring the song on their playlist? Don't want to link to the tweet since it just goes right to the video, but it was: Big ups to @YouTube for featuring our latest single "Secrets" in their New Rock playlist!!
And all these people evacuating, where are they gonna go and how are they gonna get there? There's 2 major roads that head north guess where they lead... I guarantee you the gas shortage wasn't just Austinites and DFW peeps deciding "Oh I should go get some gasoline."
Never heard of this band, but, really if you even ignored the lyrics....it's just a bad song. It's quite cringe-inducing actually.
I expect to have a few "oh yeah that's why everyone hates us Texans" moments per week, but I definitely didn't expect it in the context of hearing "disaster" and thinking "IT WAS TOUGH NOT BEING ABLE TO GET GAS"
See if there were anything redeemable about this song outside of the shitty lyrics maybe people would talk about it. But there's not. It's all just garbage
Not good. Seems to me it's pretty widely regarded as the weakest point of Dude Ranch from the discussions I've seen
Definitely a weak point, but since it's sandwiched between Pathetic and Dammit I never skip it. It's interesting to think if Blink would ever even have made it as a band if they were up and coming in present day.
No idea at all ... lol ... signed into Facebook for the first time in a while and had like 11 notifications all from this weirdo.
First of all, I don't mean this in an aggressive way and am completely cool if you'd rather discuss it privately. I'm asking because I'm genuinely curious. That said, I understand not having a checklist and having to adhere to it, but I am still interested in the specific reasons why you do post about bands that have committed similar acts and have said gross things as recent as of this year. As @cwhit stated, examples that come to mind are Moose Blood and Neck Deep. I also find posts about Warped Tour to be troublesome - unless they are posts promoting awareness or programs/tents that are fighting things like sexual harassment (an example being War On Women attempting to create a safer spaces). So specifically, why do you make news posts still about those mentioned bands and events?
