    Every time a musician dies, it got me thinking about acts/performers that I will always make time for, no matter what, when they perform live in my city because you never know if it will be the last time they do it. This is not quite the same as “favorite bands,” though it’s a pretty close Venn diagram for me. But while tastes come and go, there are some artists who you will always catch - or regret missing.

    Here’s my list. Let’s see yours:
