They freaked it man, song is very fun

Interesting to get a song from them that doesn’t really have a bridge or outro! Those instrumental stretches have always kinda been a cornerstone of their past singles. I love and cherish their earlier records, but it really excites me that they’re actually committing to some changes

 

and still very much the Whitney vibe

Oh this song is awesome! Definitely feels like a huge step forward while still being very much a Whitney song. Will have to try to make it to one of the Chicago shows

 

Yeah, production on this is weird but the song rules. Pivot is the perfect word for it, still distinctly them with some minor stylistic changes that really separate it from. their first two records. Excited!
