Can’t believe how much this album fell off for me this year. I spun TWGAB and YDL for years and blame a loaded release calendar or less than stellar songs, I haven’t listened to this one since early summer.

There are some really good songs on here, but not many with the staying power of the previous two records. They’re still super great live and it seems like they’re getting tours and money which is great. But I wish this hit harder.

 

I still listen to this pretty regularly. It might be my favorite given the 70’s/80’s punk vibes on it.

 

Yeah I still enjoy this album, but admittedly forgot about it for the last few months with a stacked year.

 

Fully forgot this came out this year, yeah. Still really great and the album that got me into the band.

This record has grown on me quite a bit but I still would rank it behind YDL for sure

 

I'd put the last three roughly on par with each other. I just hope "Pages" isn't a signpost for future records

 

This album still rules. I wish they’d play more of the mellow tracks off of it live (because those are probably some of my favs) but it was a treat to see them play most of the fast cuts live on the Asking For A Ride tour in the winter.

 

Didn’t come back to this as much as I thought I would this year. Relistening again and reminded how much I liked ‘Getting into trouble w/ boss’

 

Great album, all rippers no skippers for me. (Except for "Pages", still a big swing and a miss.)

 

I love Pages, bigtime ear worm.

 

Haven’t been able to put my finger on why, but I didn’t care to return to this at all in the last year. It’s not a bad album or even all that different from their others, just really doesn’t click with me for some reason. Still love the rest of their discography

 

Pages is great.

This album is good, but I liked the 2 previous albums MUCH more

I kinda actively dislike the pre WBAB stuff for the most part. They improved like tenfold.

 

Yeah agree but many of those songs rip live. I think those albums suffer from bad production. But certainly WBAB is when they took it up a few notches, I adore that album

 

I like this album when I'm listening to it and then it makes me want to listen to YDL* and WBAB and then I just play those on repeat for a few days instead of coming back to this.
