I appreciate a Frances Ha reunion, but what a bizarre mess of a movie.

 

one of the few times I've ever watched a movie and been like guess I need to read the book haha, Greta was great though and the closing credits are one of the best ever

also kinda want Dylar

 

Haven’t seen this yet but the book is really good. It’s a fast read too, not a huge investment.

 

I haven't read the book yet (hopefully next year), but I thought the movie had some really great moments as well as a bunch of stuff that really didn't work for me.

 

I checked my library for the book the other day and I would have been the 8th person on the waitlist for it

Hopefully it's lime QT's "memoir". Feels like we've already gotten his life story through his movies

 

Uncut Gems was the one that got Sandler all sorts of praise but he was really good in Meyerowitz.

reign over me is a bad movie but he’s good in it, same with funny people

 

Funny People just needs to lose 30 or so minutes and it’s a much better movie.

 

it’s no disrespect to her i love her so much but if you cut out everything with aubrey plaza’s character it’s a much better movie

 

Whoa I have no memory of her being in funny people at all
