Never had shrimp parm, sounds odd. Have to go chicken >= veal, meatball, eggplant i guess

Yeah you just cover them with sauce and mozzarella and bake them, just like any other parm

 

okay, got ya. That's the only way I make my meatballs so I was confused.

 

Shrimp parm does sound abhorrent.

 

It's actually not that bad! Lots of restaurants near me do it, I've had it before. It's like my one aunt's favorite thing.

 

idk if it's the best way but I personally prefer chicken piccata to parm

 

Interesting. Shrimp & cheese is just not something I'm into unless the cheese is really dry and salty, like cotija on a shrimp taco.

 

I like just a chicken cutlet sandwich

 

Marsala/Madeira too.

 

Oddly, as much as I love mushrooms, I actually prefer parm to marsala/madeira. Only slightly though.

 

I prefer a chicken ala Buffalo con ranch
