that will probably be the biggest band to do something like that - I dunno obviously MCR and Paramore logistically and safely can't pull anything off like that tonight
Got 3 tickets for face value. Jesus fuck thank god. And spirit changed our flight to Monday free of charge. I think we are good.
Feel so bad for everyone supposed to go today. I know people who’d travelled from the UK and it’s just gutting to think about. I don’t know how many tickets would’ve gone unused or unsold etc, guest lists too, but tomorrow’s and the other day will be full full cap.
PSA if anyone is gonna try and get tickets off Twitter, use PayPal because they have purchase protection in worst case scenario.
They’re in Vegas, home of the casinos with theaters. Maybe they could do a show at one of the casinos for at least some of the people there. Or they could do the arena if it’s available tonight.
Knights play tonight raiders play tomorrow. UNLV football is out of town but I assume that's outdoors
I’ll RT anything I see from bands planning shows or announcing them from the main Chorus Twitter account. Tag me in anything you see pop up.
No I don't but it seems that for today the line was crossed when the baseline wind forecast became 30-40 with gust up to 55. So if baseline is 15-20 my uneducated guess is that 35 gusts won't affect it but idk
Thank you lol, I literally only follow sports and politics on Twitter these days besides a few choice accounts like chorus
This is like Hellfest 2005 in New Jersey cancelling day of the festival. There were 6 or 7 shows in PA, NJ, NYC put together in less than a day. I was 14 years old and I saw Silverstein, Scary Kids, Evergreen Terrace, Haste The Day for $12 at a last minute show.
If you're going tomorrow I would watch what the national weather service does with the wind warning. As of now I think it expires at 5 am pdt tmrw
