I got a text message last night with all the hotel/ticket packages and it seems like there are some of those available.
GA was digital delivery and VIP was a mailed wristband. Somehow I had good luck and got through for both dates but I was the only one of my friend group to get off the standby page.
Looks like you can get a ticket today through the hotel packages they just released. I’ve got a friend who just did it. Came out cheaper than the ticket + the hotel I booked for myself last night. Probably a good way to go for anyone that missed out yesterday.
There’s a pretty wide selection at different price points. I think they’re all on the strip, though. I ended up cancelling the hotel I booked yesterday and am just going to share the Downtown Grand room my friend booked through the package.
Get some earplugs if you’re staying at the Downtown Grand. Tons of noise since it’s right on Fremont. I stayed there and it’s super basic, but the noise from Fremont can really suck.
I can sleep through anything. Bring on the noise! Haha but I’m looking for a hotel that’s in close walking distance to the festival. Fremont street is a couple miles away right?
Found the hotel page for Sunday and looks like with 4 in a room, for 4 nights, at Planet Hollywood they only gauge you an extra $280 versus booking separately unless that rate includes ticket fees (which I doubt)
I saw someone ask “how were they able to confirm all of the bands could play on Sunday so fast?” …I audibly gasped
You can also take the Deuce Bus which shuttles from the strip to Fremont and it’s $8 for a 24 hour pass. I assume that’ll be pretty packed but Buses run every 15-20 minutes.
I saw that the website mentioned taking the Monorail, how close/convenient is that to the strip and such?
When We Were Young - Sunday No idea if this is legit or not Seems like they’ve used this company for the past festivals as well
Same company. Sunday prices are way cheaper per person. Wow. Does nightclub access mean like an emo night or like just a normal Vegas nightclub. I’m picturing hundreds of Emo’s at a night club.
