if youre dying to go to this please don't pay for the cabana level or whatever unless you actually want that for some weird reason. if they announce day 2 the demand will be lower, and then even if they dont or day 2 also "sells out" instantly, with the $20 down thing lots and lots of tickets are gonna get re-released when people stop payments or whatever in the NINE MONTHS between now and the festival. you'll get a ticket below that cabana price if you really want it between now and Oct, I'm sure of it. and that's without even considering resale.
My guess is since this is a presale, they may have more tickets available on the day of general sale but i am also still in queue and its been 25 minutes. Sadge.
I'm staying in the standby room just in case that allows me to jump on the Sunday tickets. It sounds like Saturday is all gone except for VIP
The general on sale is today at 1:00, too, so probably not more to be released unless people give them up.
if anyone is dedicated enough to secure tix between now and the fest it's people who post on here lol. everyone from chorus who wants to go will get a ticket, I have faith
Got it thanks. I will say the way they handled the 2nd day (especially considering it hasn't been officially announced yet) was confusing, I'm not the only one who thought they were splitting it (and honestly I thought that would make more sense)
In the fine print, it basically said there will only be a regular sale if presale doesn't sell out. It said something along the lines of if enough tickets remain.
Nope. They said they're making all the tickets available on the presale, and whatever is left the general public can buy at 12. They're not holding any tickets for the general on sale.
Will there be a presale? Yes. A special presale will start this Friday, Jan. 21 at 10am PT for fans who sign up for early access to passes online at whenwewereyoungfestival.com. When will the general on-sale be? If any remaining tickets are still available following the presale, they will go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, Jan. 21 at 2 pm PT.
