100%, MCR playing their only show of 2024 is a bigger deal than FOB who've been touring all of last and this year.

 

I was really hoping FOB would play TTYG but based off their Riot Fest set it looks like they're doing greatest hits. Probably will only stay through Infinity on High songs and then see where I can get for MCR.

 

FOB have said multiple times they will never do album plays so I don’t know why anyone expected anything else lol

 

For real. From the day this was announced people kept trying to tell themselves FOB would be doing an album. Was never happening. They would never have agreed to this if they had to play an album.

 

I’ll also add that the final hand is SO late after a long day in the Vegas heat, playing second to last might be the best spot.

A ton of people (myself included) left either before or during Green Day’s because we were just so tired.

 

Me leaving during MCR in 2022. Literally couldn’t take the pain in my legs from standing/walking/jumping/running all day.

 

I’d rather them play Happiness

 

FOB will in no way have the biggest crowd. Most of their shows didn't sell out last tours or were slow sellers. MCR did double the tickets in some cities. There's no real competition there.

At the airport waiting for my flight. I arrive to Las Vegas at 2.40pm. Havent been this excitied for a festival in a long time.

We got to Las Vegas last night, we usually get here on thursday night, it feels less chaotic lol, but the weather needs to stop rising.

last year was so incredibly hot, I got in at noon and by the time blink finished I was shot. I had to skip out on Green Day because my body just said no more. That parking lot/venue is brutal on your knees/ankles.

I think a lot of people felt the same and were heading out after blink.

so jealous of the low temps this year.

 

Dumb question, are they going to sell merch early tomorrow?
So I can swing by early and get a shirt

Was thinking about doing this but had no idea how the wristband would get to me in time. How’d you do it?

 

I arrived to Vegas today and found a person who was already in here that was selling it, so we met at a restaurant and make the transaction in person. There are some facebook groups where people are selling them for the low.
