I just checked their Instagram and while they do posted about playing the fest, there was no word about them playing a full album. So that might be a hint of them being agains it since the beginning

 

That would be really, really fucked up if a lot of bands don't do full album plays. That's how the fest was marketed, that's why a lot of people bought tickets

 

Considering this was the album I was most excited for I’ll be really pissed if it’s not played in full

 

Yeah that’s honestly kind of fucked if bands don’t follow through with full album plays. Why advertise as such?

 

Would be curious if the festival actually had it in the bands contracts or not

 

I feel like they would’ve, right? It’d ge weird to advertise it, when you and the band aren’t on the same page

 

Wasn't AAR the band people were quoting as a reason the festival was a "scam" in 2022 because Tyson implied they weren't booked (when in reality he meant he didn't know the lineup) or something?

Feel there may be a breakdown in communication in their camp, would prefer a non album play from them though.

 

Maybe also them, but Matt Skiba was really sounding the drum that they "announced all these bands without them knowing and then were able to somehow book them," which was an absolute lie.

 

Yeah full album sets was the entire gimmick for this thing haha.

 

The misinformation really spread like wildfire, even during the When We Were Young 2023 announcement a lot of people were still saying isn't this the next Fyre Festival?

 

This was a reply from Red Jumpsuit Apparatus booking agent on the facebook group

 

I feel like they'd have to have this in a contract, this is the initial press release. Within a few days after the internet blew up about hardly any women being on the lineup, they added Tonight Alive, We Are The In Crowd, Millionaires, Against The Current, Daisy Grenade, & Carr. And the only non-album plays were gonna be Fall Out Boy, LS Dunes, Daisy Grenade, & Carr

 

From the same booking agent, it seems the RJA will play the album plus 1 extra.

So I guess some bands will have time to play exta songs on their set, probs because the album is 41 minutes long and they will have a 45 minutes set or something

 

Yeah it’s clearly a case of guy in band not paying attention to what their management is signing off on

 

People in bands are generally stupid

 

I wonder if they've been rehearsing for a greatest hits type set and he barely realized they are advertised to play their self titled, he's probably like oh damn, I don't remember most of these songs

 

Or why aren’t we playing Move Along lol

 

I wouldn't be mad if they played a mix of their first two albums.

 

It’d be funny if there was an extreme miscommunication and AAR plays all of Move Along instead

 

AAR’s first album is the only one I like. So I’d wanna see a full set of just that album, for sure.

Most of the other full album playthroughs announced I would be interested are ones I’ve already seen live at least once before. Haha.

 

The whole excitement of the album plays is that you get to hear songs they never play.....and they always spinkle in other hits at the end anyways

I was beyond sad when sum 41 cancelled the all killer no filler full album set only two days into the tour.

And specifically for all American rejects the first album is the only one I like too. Toss in move along and give em hell and thats that.

 

Does anyone remember when set times dropped the last 2 years?
