I am highly skeptical of this being a real thing, but damn if time travel was real and I was 15 again I’d be hyped. At 35, I just want to die thinking about the logistics of even leaving my house much less going to Vegas to be my true emo self.
This is my struggle with it too. It's a lot of money to know that you're going to be missing out on a lot of bands. even with 12 hours of entertainment.
TBH it's brave of them to assume their target audience for this fest can do 12 hours in a row of a show still lol
I will likely be in attendance. But how is no one talking about how hard it’s going to be to fit this all into one day?!?!
This is like Furnace Fest for emo/pop punk kids. I’m in. but I echo the logistical concerns. At FF’21, the LevelX stage lost power during about 5-10 minutes of The Bled’s set. This does not account well for any technical difficulties.
Btw, I just want to let everyone know, I'm putting the prediction out here that The Killers will be a surprise appearance at this show. Reasoning: 1) The name is very similar to their hit song "When You Were Young" 2) They are from Las Vegas, so it wouldn't even require them leaving home. 3) They have a gap in their tour scheduled between Oct 8 and Nov 21 which means that this fits perfectly in there
Which band? I don’t know anything about TAI but Cartel are now a bunch of dudes who have other jobs who got back together to play FF’21. Could totally justify them doing the same for this. Though Will kept making comments on stage about it being harder to do now that they’re older.
Who can hang for 12 straight hours?? Gonna need a nap in there somewhere. Also, gotta be Anthony joining up with Saosin again right?
I'm just thankful I've hustled and seen most of these bands before. but I'd totally go to this if I didn't think there'd be so many conflicts. Also, Vegas in October is still hot as balls. I'm good on that
