garlic parm would be my top choice always - so it got my vote, but classic buffalo is hard to beat.

for as much shit as BWW catches, I really love a bunch of their sauces. Asian Zing and Hot Garlic are great.

Also love a Thai Chili sauce.

Lemon Pepper is also excellent.

Now i want wings damn you all

 

I like it when they're really hot.

 

Gotta go with buffalo but I've had some honey mustard or different dry rub wings that were unreal.

 

Yeah I think the hard thing with this poll is that if I can only have one wing sauce for the rest of my life it's going to be buffalo, but there are definitely places where other types of sauces or dry dubs can be incredible and better than their buffalo sauce.

Buffalo just has that whole "perfection through simplicity" thing going on that's hard to get over.

Slow roasted garlic cloves in olive oil until they soften and brown + any other spices, seasonings or herbs you want. Then blend with hot sauce like franks red hot to make an emulsion
