I can't do any of the sweet stuff, personally. I'm always going for buffalo, lem pep or garlic parm.
Buffalo is probably #1 with lemon pepper right behind it.

Another great hybrid is garlic buffalo, that’s really good
when i make buffalo cauliflower i usually use more mild hot sauces w a good flavor profile like franks or lousiana crystal. buffalo wildwings also has this shit ive always really liked called asian zing.
on the other hand ive got this shit in ym fridge called wing master - death by wings. i think i would die if i drenched anything in it lol its got the chili extract in there so its insane. i love the taste but can only have a couple dabs on rare occassions cuz just that alone fucks up my stomach the whole day after.
Man I want some wings.

a good garlic parmesan takes it for me but they can be messed up so often into something inedible, so i went with buffalo
also korean bbq should have been its own option
I've never been wowed by a wet wing sauce. I normally just go with lemon pepper.
