Catching up.

The finale was awesome.

Whole season was really good. I wish they kept Gizmo a vampire a little longer though

 

Great season, but disappointed Guillermo isn't a vampire. I'd rather move the plot along rather than keeping it where it's been for 5 years, it could get kinda stale over time

 

I thought for a second Guillermo was going to become a supervillain when he first got his full Vamp powers. that could have been a fun note to end the season on.

 

Yeah also kind of disappointed that they didn't stick with him being a vampire but I would still consider this character development, a Guillermo that doesn't want to be a vampire anymore will still have a very different feel for next season

This was a fantastic season overall, easily my favorite since Clement left the writer's room

 

I was upset for half a second about him going back, but it really is Guillermo’s character I feel. He can’t hurt anyone, but maybe this sets it up for next season having Nandor actually be the one to change him..? So is Derek still a vampire or a zombie or a zombie vampire?

 

Finally got to watch the finale and holy shit it was great.

“You’re sure it was that Panera?”
“Yes.”
“THAT Panera?”
“Why are you saying it like that?”
“There are Paneras all over the city. Tons of them.”
“…….Shit.”

Laughed so hard after he kicked Patton Oswalt off the building:

“Although…he did make a good point.”

I also loved that in the penultimate episode, when Nandor finds out about Guillermo, of course he’s the only one who knows immediately why Guillermo’s not turning properly. Solid gag. Overall I think the relationship I’ve enjoyed the most this season has been between Guillermo and Laszlo and I hope they keep doing secretive shit together.

“Yes, as I was saying, I’ve known you since you were a boy and - what do you think they’re gonna do?”

 

Love that we got a “fucking guy”. It’s been a minute.

 

Such a good season.

 

Nadja’s “Sup, BITCH” to start the finale about broke me.

 

Fell behind but just finished the season, such a good season

 

Just did the same, Nadja looking like Carmen San Diego in the finale had me dying.

I'm okay with it. 6 seasons is a very good run for a comedy

 

Bummer, one of the few shows that got better as time went on. Which is rare.

 

The most recent season was great but the one before that was kind of meh
