I'm overweight but pushing down to my goal weight. Only 20 pounds to go.

 

I should have weight loss surgery but I'm scared. I've never been under anesthesia before.

I've been eating better and exercising over the last month. Definitely have lost some weight. Still a long way to go, but it feels good. I've gained and lost weight so many times in my life maybe one day I'll figure out how to keep it off.

Gotta get myself in shape for Parahoy and for my friends St. Lucia wedding.

 

Have you listened to it? I'm really excited for this one

It's hard work and takes alot of will power and dedication but it can be done.

I weight 320 in January 2016. At 200 now, and pushing to my goal of 180. Struggled with being overweight my whole life.

 

proud of you man. that's hard work and thats amazing.

I'm larger than that and between work/kids/wife in school it makes it hard to find time to do it.

plus my bad knee makes it hard to do too much at a time.

why haven't they figured out a way to combine surgeries so I only have to be put under 1 time, pull my wisdom teeth, fix my knee and my shoulder, weight loss surgery, whatever else all at the same time.

would save money, recovery time, time off from work.

 

I adore Hazards of Love and The Crane Wife. I never really got into their albums after Hazards though.

I am definitely gunna check this out though

 

I listened to it this morning while cleaning. I’ll probably give it closer listen without distractions tonight though

yeah I would recommend to anybody that chooses to listen, not to stream it. download a torrent or PM me. don't contribute to them financially.

 

For me there is SO much other great music that I don't have the urge/need to ever listen to Brand New again.
