I probably rewatch the entire series of The Office and Arrested Development every month or two while I fall asleep

 

I just got the news that one of my friends from high school that I've been in and out of touch with for the past several years (it's so hard to keep in touch sometimes) just passed away last night.

He was such a good guy and somebody that pretty much everyone who has ever met would consider a friend. I don't have any details on anything, but it's pretty heartbreaking :(

sorry to hear man. I also just heard some bad news about a co-worker that passed away in a snow mobile accident this past weekend. such a bummer.

 

Is it normal as you get older to think more about death? I catch myself wondering how I will die.

You always hope its sudden and painless, but that could be soon and I don't want it to be soon. Then again I'm only 33 and I'm already witnessing my body aging, I literally can't imagine making it to twice this age

 

LoL... yea I'm so screwed when I have kids. my sleep schedule is already nuts.. or maybe it will just feel normal. not sure

 

yea.. I think about it WAY more now. Its something really scary.. yesterday i was imagining myself getting cancer soon and dying at like 33 and thinking I sort of wasted a lot of my life..doing stupid crap like playing xbox ha
